Olaitan Onyebuoha is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, mentor and social-impact leader whose work focuses on immigration, newcomer integration, workforce participation and inclusive community development.

She founded 7th Laurel Immigration Consulting Inc. and other non-profit economic advocacy entities, where she has supported newcomers, international students, entrepreneurs, women, and youth through immigration guidance, mentorship, leadership development, career navigation, and community programming.

Her practice combines immigration expertise with social impact, helping individuals navigate complex systems while also addressing broader barriers to economic participation and belonging. Through workshops, advisory support, capacity-building initiatives and community partnerships, she has contributed to newcomer settlement, entrepreneurship, workforce integration and leadership development across Canada and internationally.
