One learner per purchase. Complete 100% of the recording to request your certificate. No quiz. Purchases are non-refundable. New purchases and unused credits expire one year after purchase. Recording availability also ends when its recorded-session approval expires. Earlier purchases retain their recorded terms. Assigned business-development workshops have no expiry and do not award CPD credit.
